The entry period for Genuine Vacation® Trip Give Away begins on February 1, 2024, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 31, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. ET. Entries not received within the Entry Period will be void. Contest entrants must be available to travel by December 31, 2025 (black-out dates apply).
By submitting an Entry, entrant hereby grants permission for the Entry to be posted at www.genuinevacation.com or on social media and used in press materials. Entrant confirms they are able to travel within a year from contest.
PRIZE DETERMINATION:
Genuine Vacation will award two (2) prizes for up to two (2) people per qualified entrants. Winners will be notified on or after January 14, 2025. The prize winners will receive a complimentary 3-night stay for up to 2 people at Royalton Resort & Spa, and round-trip transfers to the property with an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $2,000. (1) Entry per person per household. Must have active valid passport and 21 years of age and older.
Prize is nontransferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made. No compensation other than noted herein will be provided to winners. Genuine Vacation is not responsible for any fees related to international travel including, air transportation, destination experiences, passport fees or taxes.

Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada who are 21 years of age or older. Employees of AM Resorts, their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, promotion and advertising agencies, and members of their immediate family (spouse and parent, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, of such employees, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
By participating, each entrant agrees: (a) to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor and judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Contest; (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, their affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives of the forgoing (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation in the Contest or any Contest related activity or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any awarded prize; and (c) to the use of his/her name, voice, performance, photograph, prize information, image and/or likeness for programming, advertising, publicity, trade and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide and on the Internet, and in perpetuity by Sponsor and its designees, without compensation (unless prohibited by law) or additional consents from entrant or any third party and without prior notice, approval or inspection, and to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so. By participating, participant also agrees not to release any publicity or other materials on their own or through someone else regarding their participation in the contest without the prior consent of the Sponsor, which either may withhold in its sole discretion.
All applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner may be required to verify address before delivery of prize. Prize or prize notification returned as non-deliverable will result in disqualification and the prize will be forfeited. By entering, entrants agree that the Sponsor has the right to post his/her name and his or her post on Facebook if he/she is deemed the winner. ENTRANTS AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF THE SPONSOR. BY ACCEPTING THE PRIZE, WINNER AGREES THAT THE SPONSOR AND PRIZE PROVIDER, THEIR AFFILIATES, PARENTS OR SUBSIDIARIES, RESPECTIVE PARENT, SUBSIDIARY AND AFFILIATE COMPANIES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND WILL BE HELD HARMLESS BY WINNER FOR ANY LIABILITY, FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, AND PROPERTY DAMAGES SUSTAINED, DUE IN WHOLE OR INPART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY CONTEST OR PRIZE RELATED ACTIVITY.
Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration, of entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet/Facebook or any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
If for any reason the giveaway is not capable of running as planned, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway and not award the prize.
